If you wish to make any changes to your appointment date or time, or cancel your appointment, we ask that you notify us 48 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation charges. Missed appointments affect 3 people: you, the provider, and the patient who could have had this appointment.
A $100 deposit is required at the time of booking.
Failure to cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled time will result in a 50% charge of deposit.
Failure to cancel within 24 hours will result in a 100% charge of deposit.
All deposits are to be credited toward the service upon completion.
